Terzo libro della serie dedicata all'avvocatessa Rebecka Martinsson, prende lo spunto dall'indagine relativa alla scomparsa di due giovani per rimestare in un passato con il quale non si è ancora venuti a patti, quel passato che sta come una scimmia sulle spalle dell'Europa intera e che è il nazismo. In questa luce l'omicidio di due ragazzi diventa quasi un sacrificio offerto agli dei oscuri del passato, e non a caso l'impalpabile presenza dell'essenza della ragazza si manifesta coi corvi, che la mitologia norrena associa a Odino, capo degli dei e dio della guerra e della morte.
Molto piacevole come tutti i romanzi della serie.


The third book of the serie dedicated to the lawyer Rebecka Martinsson, takes its cue from the inquiry related to the disappearance of two young men to stir in a past with which it has not yet come to terms, that past which is like a monkey on the back of whole Europe and that is Nazism.
In this light the murder of two boys almost becomes a sacrifice offered to the gods of the dark past, and not coincidentally the impalpable essence of the girl's presence is manifested with the ravens, that the Norse mythology associated with Odin, chief of the gods and god of war and death.
Very nice as all the novels in the series.
