Inquietante e divertente, e, considerato che non si tratta di un'opera facente parte della recente moda degli scrittori nordici, bensì di uno dei romanzi che hanno meritato a Laxness il Nobel, indicativo della peculiare follia di quei paesi.

Spooky and funny, and, given that this work isn't part of the recent trend of Nordic writers, but of one of the novels that have deserved to Laxness the Nobel, indicative of the peculiar madness of those countries.
